Vacuum Conveyor and Horizontal Stacker
This gallery captures the Vacuum Conveyor through various stages of development, from concept to near-completion. It includes a mix of real-world build photos and detailed renderings that highlight the machine's structure, vacuum belt design, and printhead mounting capabilities. While the project was not fully completed with all components installed, these images offer an inside look at the engineering process and design quality behind this high-speed sheet handling system for inkjet printing applications.

Horizontal Stacker Gallery
This gallery features the Horizontal Stacker designed to complement the Vacuum Conveyor system. Included are a final render and build photos showing the unit both with and without covers. One image showcases the completed assembly, resembling a production-ready model, while others reveal the clean internal design and compact form factor. The stacker is engineered for efficient, fanned collection of printed sheets in high-speed production environments.
The Vacuum Conveyor is a high-speed transport system engineered to securely handle sheets up to 14 inches wide for variable data inkjet printing. It features a 16.5-inch-wide belt with nine rows of vacuum holes spaced 1.5 inches apart, providing strong, even suction to keep sheets flat and stable during the printing process. The 8-foot conveyor can accommodate up to five inkjet printers across a 6-foot printable zone, with each printer adjustable in both X and Y axes for precise alignment.
Paired with this is a custom-designed Horizontal Stacker Conveyor, approximately 4 feet in length, which collects printed materials in an organized fan stack. Drawing inspiration from the SFM100C stacker design, it ensures reliable output handling for continued downstream processing.
Below, you’ll find renderings and images illustrating the design, layout, and technical integration of this high-speed print-and-stack solution.
