The SFM100C is a durable, high-capacity two-plate paper folding machine tailored for self-mailer production. Designed to handle a diverse range of paper sizes and folding configurations, this machine excels in high-volume mailing environments. Key features include variable speed control, customizable folding plates, and a practical glue application system that is easier to maintain than most. The SFM100C also offers additional options for perforation and sealing, allowing it to meet various mailing needs with consistent precision and reliability.

The VS100 is a versatile vertical stacker designed to integrate seamlessly with a variety of pharmaceutical folding machines available in the market. This stacker provides efficient vertical stacking, offering an organized and space-saving solution ideal for high-volume pharmaceutical production lines.

The Vacuum and Stacker Conveyors streamline high-speed handling and organization for variable data and barcode printing. Designed for robust performance, this system enhances the precision and efficiency of printing operations, adapting seamlessly to various printing needs.

Developed as part of an initiative to create a versatile smart feeder system, the 4-plate folder module I designed represents a key innovation in automated mailing solutions. Although I was unable to complete the entire smart feeder system before departing the company, the foundational folder module was completed and sold to another firm, which used it to construct their own system. This firm was notably composed of former GBR employees, adding a layer of industry expertise and continuity.

The C1000 6S is a custom-designed feeder and auto-loader assembly engineered to enhance mailing operations. This system expertly handles larger sheet sizes and integrates seamlessly with mailing inserters, ensuring precise synchronization and efficient processing.
